Katie Sottak graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BFA in visual arts with a concentration in painting. But her love to painting goes way back before she took a couple classes at art school. By 14, Katie, a self-taught artist, was selling her artwork in Jensen Beach, Florida.
Katie enjoys paint from her imagination. Most of her pieces are monochromatic. “I try to have a different and distinctive style,” Katie says. One of her favorite themes include night scenes using all hues of blue.
